Fox News has done it again, folks.
Dana Perino of ‘The Five’ interjected her thoughts that female victims of violence should “make better decisions” during a discussion about gun control regarding football player Jovan Belcher. Belcher shot and killed his girlfriend, Kasandra Perkins and later took his own life with a gun.
Dana Perino wholeheartedly believes that if Kasandra Perkins made ‘better decisions’, like own her own gun, then she wouldn’t be dead. Way to victim blame, Dana. And way to promote violence, Fox News.
because more guns in an already violent environment can only end well. and it’s not like Kass would have gotten arrested and imprisoned for defending herself, even if she had a gun.
But no, let’s just victim blame here.
